यावच्च संधानवशं प्रयांति नारायणादीनि निवारणाय । तावत्क्षणेनैव जघान कोटींदैत्येश्वराणां किल कालदंडः
yāvacca saṃdhānavaśaṃ prayāṃti nārāyaṇādīni nivāraṇāya | tāvatkṣaṇenaiva jaghāna koṭīṃdaityeśvarāṇāṃ kila kāladaṃḍaḥ
നിവാരണത്തിനായി നാരായണാദി അസ്ത്രങ്ങൾ സംധാനത്തിലിരിക്കെ തന്നെ, അതേ ക്ഷണത്തിൽ—എന്ന് പറയുന്നു—കാലദണ്ഡം ദൈത്യേശ്വരന്മാരിൽ ഒരു കോടി പേരെ സംഹരിച്ചു.
