उपजीवन्निमान्यश्च पुण्यं कोऽपि चरेन्नरः । षष्ठमंशं स लभते यावद्यो विसृजेद्द्विजः

upajīvannimānyaśca puṇyaṃ ko'pi carennaraḥ | ṣaṣṭhamaṃśaṃ sa labhate yāvadyo visṛjeddvijaḥ

ഇവയെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് ജീവിക്കുന്നവനും കുറെ പുണ്യം നേടുന്നു; ഹേ ദ്വിജാ! ദാതാവ് ദാനം പിൻവലിക്കാത്തിടത്തോളം അവന് പുണ്യത്തിന്റെ ആറിലൊന്ന് ലഭിക്കും।
