इति श्रुत्वा मुनिवरो मुनिश्रेष्ठमुपेत्य तम् । प्रणम्य शिरसा भूमौ पप्रच्छेदं हृदि स्थितम्
iti śrutvā munivaro muniśreṣṭhamupetya tam | praṇamya śirasā bhūmau papracchedaṃ hṛdi sthitam
ഇതു കേട്ട മഹാമുനി ആ മുനിശ്രേഷ്ഠന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ചെന്നു. ഭൂമിയിൽ ശിരസ്സു നമിച്ച് പ്രണാമം ചെയ്ത്, ഹൃദയത്തിൽ നിലകൊണ്ടിരുന്ന ചോദ്യം ചോദിച്ചു.
