Transliteration

itaścetaśca salilaṃ prārthayaṃtastṛṣāturāḥ | giridroṇīśca pādāṃśca giriṇāṃ gahanāni ca

Translation

ദാഹത്താൽ പീഡിതരായി അവർ ഇവിടെ അവിടെ വെള്ളം അപേക്ഷിച്ചു കൊണ്ടു—പർവ്വത താഴ്വരകളിലേക്കും പാദപ്രദേശങ്ങളിലേക്കും മലകളുടെ ആഴമുള്ള കുഴികളിലേക്കും ഓടിപ്പോയി.
