तारक उवाच । राज्येन बुद्बुदाभेन स्त्रीभिरक्षैश्च पानकैः । मोहितो जन्म लब्ध्वात्र त्यजते पौरुषं नरः
tāraka uvāca | rājyena budbudābhena strībhirakṣaiśca pānakaiḥ | mohito janma labdhvātra tyajate pauruṣaṃ naraḥ
താരകൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ബുബ്ബിളുപോലെ ക്ഷണഭംഗുരമായ രാജ്യം, സ്ത്രീകൾ, പാശക്രീഡ, പാനം എന്നിവയിൽ മോഹിതനായി മനുഷ്യൻ ഈ ലോകത്ത് ജന്മം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടും തന്റെ പൗരുഷധർമ്മം ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു।
