चचाल सकला पृथ्वी प्रोद्धूताश्च महार्णवा । चेलुर्धराधराश्चापि ववुर्वाता विभीषणाः
cacāla sakalā pṛthvī proddhūtāśca mahārṇavā | celurdharādharāścāpi vavurvātā vibhīṣaṇāḥ
സകല ഭൂമിയും നടുങ്ങി; മഹാസമുദ്രങ്ങൾ കലങ്ങി കുതിച്ചു. പർവതങ്ങളും കുലുങ്ങി; ഭീകരമായ കാറ്റുകൾ വീശി.
