इन्द्रद्युम्न उवाच । चिरायुर्भगवानेव श्रूयते भुवनत्रये । तदर्थमहमायातस्तत्किमेवं वचस्तव
indradyumna uvāca | cirāyurbhagavāneva śrūyate bhuvanatraye | tadarthamahamāyātastatkimevaṃ vacastava
ഇന്ദ്രദ്യുമ്നൻ പറഞ്ഞു: 'മൂന്നു ലോകങ്ങളിലും ഭഗവാൻ മാത്രമേ ചിരായുസ്സുള്ളവനായി കേൾക്കപ്പെടുന്നുള്ളൂ. അതിനായിട്ടാണ് ഞാൻ വന്നത്, പിന്നെ എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് അങ്ങയുടെ വാക്കുകൾ ഇപ്രകാരമായിരിക്കുന്നത്?'
