व्यास उवाच । निशामय महाप्राज्ञ लोमहर्षण वच्मि ते । यथा प्रथमतो यात्रा कर्तव्या यात्रिकैर्मुदा
vyāsa uvāca | niśāmaya mahāprājña lomaharṣaṇa vacmi te | yathā prathamato yātrā kartavyā yātrikairmudā
വ്യാസൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ മഹാപ്രാജ്ഞ ലോമഹർഷണാ! കേൾക്കുക; ആദ്യം മുതൽ തന്നെ യാത്രികർ ആനന്ദത്തോടെ യാത്ര എങ്ങനെ അനുഷ്ഠിക്കേണ്ടതെന്ന് ഞാൻ നിന്നോട് പറയുന്നു।
