वेलातिक्रममालोक्य पुनर्बभ्राम तां पुरीम् । गृहेगृहे परिप्राप्ता भिक्षान्यैः सर्वभिक्षुकैः
velātikramamālokya punarbabhrāma tāṃ purīm | gṛhegṛhe pariprāptā bhikṣānyaiḥ sarvabhikṣukaiḥ
സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞതായി കണ്ടു അദ്ദേഹം വീണ്ടും ആ നഗരത്തിൽ അലഞ്ഞു. എങ്കിലും വീടുവീടായി ഭിക്ഷ ലഭിച്ചത് മറ്റു ഭിക്ഷുക്കൾക്കായിരുന്നു.
