इत्याकर्ण्य सती साध्वी जनेतुरुदितं तदा । अत्यंतदूनहृदया वक्तुं समुपचक्रमे
ityākarṇya satī sādhvī janeturuditaṃ tadā | atyaṃtadūnahṛdayā vaktuṃ samupacakrame
ഇതു കേട്ടപ്പോൾ സാധ്വിയായ സതി അപ്പോൾ പിതാവിന്റെ വാക്കുകൾകൊണ്ട് അത്യന്തം വേദനിച്ച ഹൃദയത്തോടെ സംസാരിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി।
