ഇങ്ങനെ വരങ്ങൾ നൽകി ശംഭു ആ ലിംഗത്തിൽ തന്നേ ലയിച്ചു. സ്കന്ദൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ആ ലിംഗത്തെ ആരാധിച്ചതിനാൽ ദുർവാസസ് തന്റെ അഭീഷ്ടഫലങ്ങൾ മഹത്തായി പ്രാപിച്ചു.
