कस्त्वामिह स्तोतुमनंतशक्ते शक्नोति मादृग्लघुबुद्धिवैभवः । प्राचां न वाचामिहगोचरो यः स्तुतिस्त्वयीयं नतिरेव यावत्
kastvāmiha stotumanaṃtaśakte śaknoti mādṛglaghubuddhivaibhavaḥ | prācāṃ na vācāmihagocaro yaḥ stutistvayīyaṃ natireva yāvat
ഹേ അനന്തശക്തേ! ഇവിടെ നിന്നെ യഥാർത്ഥമായി സ്തുതിക്കാൻ ആര്ക്കാകും? എന്നെപ്പോലെയുള്ള അല്പബുദ്ധിക്ക് ആ സാമർത്ഥ്യം എവിടെ! നീ പുരാതന ഋഷിമാരുടെ വാക്കുകൾക്കും അഗോചരൻ; അതിനാൽ എന്റെ ഈ ‘സ്തുതി’ ഭക്തിനമസ്കാരമാത്രമാണ്.
