अलं तप्त्वा महाभाग प्रसन्नोस्मि शुभव्रत । निशम्य शमनश्चेति दृष्ट्वा मां प्रणनाम ह
alaṃ taptvā mahābhāga prasannosmi śubhavrata | niśamya śamanaśceti dṛṣṭvā māṃ praṇanāma ha
“ഹേ മഹാഭാഗാ, ഹേ ശുഭവ്രതാ, മതി തപസ്സ്; ഞാൻ പ്രസന്നൻ.” എന്നു കേട്ട ശമനൻ (യമൻ) എന്നെ നോക്കി പ്രണാമം ചെയ്തു।
