धन्योस्म्यनुगृहीतोस्मि त्वत्त्रिशूलाग्रसंस्थितः । कालेन सर्वैर्मर्तव्यं श्रेयसे मृत्युरीदृशः
dhanyosmyanugṛhītosmi tvattriśūlāgrasaṃsthitaḥ | kālena sarvairmartavyaṃ śreyase mṛtyurīdṛśaḥ
ഞാൻ ധന്യൻ, ഞാൻ അനുഗ്രഹീതൻ—നിന്റെ ത്രിശൂലത്തിന്റെ അഗ്രത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിതൻ. കാലക്രമത്തിൽ എല്ലാവർക്കും മരിക്കേണ്ടതുണ്ട്; എന്നാൽ ഇത്തരമൊരു മരണം പരമ ശ്രേയസ്സിനായുള്ളതാണ്।
