श्रुतं नामापि लिंगस्य यस्य जन्मत्रयार्जितम् । वृजिनं नाशयेत्तस्य प्रादुर्भावं ब्रुवे मुने
śrutaṃ nāmāpi liṃgasya yasya janmatrayārjitam | vṛjinaṃ nāśayettasya prādurbhāvaṃ bruve mune
ഈ ലിംഗത്തിന്റെ നാമം മാത്രം കേട്ടാൽ മൂന്നു ജന്മങ്ങളിൽ സമ്പാദിച്ച പാപം നശിക്കും; അതിനാൽ, ഹേ മുനേ, അതിന്റെ പ്രാദുർഭാവം ഞാൻ പറയുന്നു।
