इति श्रुत्वा वचस्तेषां देवश्चंद्रविभूषणः । तथेत्युक्त्वा पुनः प्राह शृणुध्वं द्विजपुंगवाः
iti śrutvā vacasteṣāṃ devaścaṃdravibhūṣaṇaḥ | tathetyuktvā punaḥ prāha śṛṇudhvaṃ dvijapuṃgavāḥ
അവരുടെ വാക്കുകൾ ശ്രവിച്ച് ചന്ദ്രഭൂഷണനായ ദേവൻ “തഥാസ്തു” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു; പിന്നെ വീണ്ടും അരുളി: “ഹേ ദ്വിജശ്രേഷ്ഠന്മാരേ, ശ്രവിക്കുവിൻ।”
