अग्निबिंदुरुवाच । विष्णो कियत्परीमाणा पुण्यैषा मणिकर्णिका । ब्रूहि मे पुंङरीकाक्ष नत्वत्तस्तत्त्ववित्परः
agnibiṃduruvāca | viṣṇo kiyatparīmāṇā puṇyaiṣā maṇikarṇikā | brūhi me puṃṅarīkākṣa natvattastattvavitparaḥ
അഗ്നിബിന്ദു പറഞ്ഞു— ഹേ വിഷ്ണോ! ഈ പരമ പുണ്യമയമായ മണികർണികയുടെ വ്യാപ്തി എത്ര? ഹേ പദ്മനയനാ, എനിക്കു പറയുക; നിന്നേക്കാൾ വലിയ തത്ത്വജ്ഞൻ ഇല്ല।
