कौशिकेथ तथावृत्ते पुत्रवीक्षणलालसा । अंडं प्रस्फोटयामास मध्यमं विनता तदा
kauśiketha tathāvṛtte putravīkṣaṇalālasā | aṃḍaṃ prasphoṭayāmāsa madhyamaṃ vinatā tadā
ഓ കൗശികാ! ഇങ്ങനെ സംഭവിച്ചപ്പോൾ പുത്രദർശനലാലസയോടെ വിനത അപ്പോൾ മദ്ധ്യത്തിലുള്ള മുട്ട പൊട്ടിച്ചു।
