गणावूचतुः । गांधर्वस्त्वेषलोकोऽमी गंधर्वाश्च शुभव्रताः । देवानां गायनाद्येते चारणाः स्तुतिपाठकाः

gaṇāvūcatuḥ | gāṃdharvastveṣaloko'mī gaṃdharvāśca śubhavratāḥ | devānāṃ gāyanādyete cāraṇāḥ stutipāṭhakāḥ

ഗണങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു—ഇത് ഗാന്ധർവലോകം; ഇവർ ശുഭവ്രതധാരികളായ ഗന്ധർവന്മാർ. ഇവർ ദേവന്മാർക്കായി പാടി, ദിവ്യചാരണരായി സ്തുതിപാഠം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
