प्रवेश्य कंठतालुस्थं तं विज्ञाय द्विजस्फुटम् । भयादुदगिरत्तूर्णं मातृवाक्येन यंत्रितः
praveśya kaṃṭhatālusthaṃ taṃ vijñāya dvijasphuṭam | bhayādudagirattūrṇaṃ mātṛvākyena yaṃtritaḥ
കണ്ഠ-താലുവിൽ കുടുങ്ങിയിരുന്ന ആ ബ്രാഹ്മണനെ വ്യക്തമായി തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞ്, മാതൃവചനത്താൽ നിയന്ത്രിതനായ അവൻ ഭയത്തോടെ ഉടൻ തന്നെ അവനെ ഛർദ്ദിച്ചു പുറത്താക്കി.
