तारकं ब्रह्मव्याचष्टे तेन ब्रह्म भवंति हि । एवं श्लोको भवत्येष आहुर्वै वेदवादिनः
tārakaṃ brahmavyācaṣṭe tena brahma bhavaṃti hi | evaṃ śloko bhavatyeṣa āhurvai vedavādinaḥ
അവൻ താരകത്തെ ബ്രഹ്മമെന്നായി വ്യാഖ്യാനിച്ച് ഉപദേശിക്കുന്നു; അതിനാൽ ജീവികൾ നിശ്ചയമായും ബ്രഹ്മമാകുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാണ് ഈ ശ്ലോകം—എന്ന് വേദവാദികൾ പറയുന്നു.
