मार्तंड उवाच । मंदरं यदि याम्यद्य सद्यस्तत्क्रुद्ध्यतीश्वरः । अनिष्पादितकार्यार्थे मयि सामान्यभृत्यवत्
mārtaṃḍa uvāca | maṃdaraṃ yadi yāmyadya sadyastatkruddhyatīśvaraḥ | aniṣpāditakāryārthe mayi sāmānyabhṛtyavat
മാർത്തണ്ഡൻ പറഞ്ഞു—“ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ മന്ദരത്തിലേക്ക് പോയാൽ, കാര്യം സാധിക്കാത്തതിനാൽ ഈശ്വരൻ ഉടൻ കോപിക്കും; എന്നെ സാധാരണ ഭൃത്യനെപ്പോലെ കാണും।”
