Transliteration

śarvarīmadhya yāmau yau hutaśeṣaṃ ca yaddhaviḥ | tatra svapaṃstadaśnaṃśca brāhmaṇo nāvasīdati

Translation

രാത്രിയുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിലെ രണ്ട് യാമങ്ങളിൽ നിദ്ര ചെയ്ത്, ഹോമത്തിനു ശേഷം ശേഷിക്കുന്ന പവിത്ര ഹവിസ് ഭുജിച്ചാൽ ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ അധഃപതിക്കുകയില്ല; ദുര്ഭാഗ്യത്തിൽ വീഴുകയില്ല.
