तर्पणं प्रत्यहं कार्यं भर्तुः कुशतिलोदकैः । तत्पितुस्तत्पितुश्चापि नामगोत्रादिपूर्वकम

tarpaṇaṃ pratyahaṃ kāryaṃ bhartuḥ kuśatilodakaiḥ | tatpitustatpituścāpi nāmagotrādipūrvakama

Translation

പ്രതിദിനം കുശയും എള്ളും കലർത്തിയ ജലത്തോടെ ഭർത്താവിന് തർപ്പണം ചെയ്യണം; അതുപോലെ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പിതാവിനും പിതാമഹനും നാമ-ഗോത്രാദി ഉച്ചരിച്ച് തർപ്പണം ചെയ്യണം।
