ओंभूर्भुवःस्वःस्वाहेति विप्रो दद्यात्तथाहुतिम् । तथा देवकृतस्याद्या जुहुयाच्च षडाहुतीः
oṃbhūrbhuvaḥsvaḥsvāheti vipro dadyāttathāhutim | tathā devakṛtasyādyā juhuyācca ṣaḍāhutīḥ
‘ഓം ഭൂർഭുവഃ സ്വഃ സ്വാഹാ’ എന്നു ഉച്ചരിച്ച് വിപ്രൻ ആഹുതി അർപ്പിക്കണം; അതുപോലെ ‘ദേവകൃത’ വിധിയിൽ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ച ആദ്യ ആഹുതിയിൽ നിന്ന് ആരംഭിച്ച് ആറു ആഹുതികൾ ഹോമിക്കണം।
