कनककुंडलोवाच । किमर्थं खिद्यसे कांत ज्ञानवानसि यद्भवान् । अत्रोपायोऽस्त्यपत्याप्त्यै विस्रब्धमवधारय
kanakakuṃḍalovāca | kimarthaṃ khidyase kāṃta jñānavānasi yadbhavān | atropāyo'styapatyāptyai visrabdhamavadhāraya
കനകകുണ്ഡല പറഞ്ഞു: 'ഹേ കാന്താ! അങ്ങ് ജ്ഞാനിയല്ലേ, പിന്നെന്തിനാണ് ദുഃഖിക്കുന്നത്? ഇവിടെ സന്താനലബ്ധിക്കുള്ള ഉപായമുണ്ട്, വിശ്വാസത്തോടെ കേട്ടാലും.
