kṣīrodamathano tāṃ prāha padmālayāṃ hariḥ | priye paśyā'bjanayane dhanyā'si subhagenaghe

Translation

ക്ഷീരസാഗരം മഥിച്ച ഹരി പദ്മാലയാ (ലക്ഷ്മി)യോട് പറഞ്ഞു— “പ്രിയേ, പദ്മനയനേ, നോക്കുക! സൌഭാഗ്യവതീ, അനഘേ, നീ സത്യമായി ധന്യയാകുന്നു.”
