ततः क्रांतार्धमार्गस्य प्रयाग दृढचेतसः । पुंसः शरीरान्निर्यातुमपेक्षेत पदांतरम्
tataḥ krāṃtārdhamārgasya prayāga dṛḍhacetasaḥ | puṃsaḥ śarīrānniryātumapekṣeta padāṃtaram
അപ്പോൾ, ഹേ പ്രയാഗ! ദൃഢചിത്തനായ ആ പുരുഷൻ അർദ്ധമാർഗം കടന്നതുമാത്രം, അവന്റെ പാപം ശരീരത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പുറപ്പെടാൻ ഒരുങ്ങി, അടുത്ത പടിയേ മാത്രം കാത്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
