धिक्कृत्य प्रशशंस स्वं निर्वेदे कारणं त्विदम् । निशम्येति शिशोर्वाक्यं परस्परमवेक्ष्य ते
dhikkṛtya praśaśaṃsa svaṃ nirvede kāraṇaṃ tvidam | niśamyeti śiśorvākyaṃ parasparamavekṣya te
ശിശുവിന്റെ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് അവർ പരസ്പരം നോക്കി, സ്വയം ധിക്കരിച്ചു, സ്വന്തം വൈരാഗ്യത്തെ തന്നെ പ്രശംസിച്ചു—“നിശ്ചയം ഇതുതന്നെ നമ്മുടെ നിർവേദത്തിന്റെ കാരണം” എന്നു.
