Transliteration

mādṛśyo maṃdabhāgyāyāḥ pramadāsu pratiṣṭhitāḥ | kevalaṃ rājapatnītvavādastāsu na tadruciḥ

Translation

എന്നെപ്പോലെയുള്ള മന്ദഭാഗ്യവതിക്ക് അന്തഃപുരസ്ത്രീകളിൽ സ്ഥാനം ലഭിച്ചേക്കാം; എന്നാൽ അവിടെ ‘രാജപത്നി’ എന്നത് പേരുമാത്രം—അതിൽ യഥാർത്ഥ ആനന്ദവും ആദരവും ഇല്ല।
