तं गर्भं विधिना दिष्टा दश देव्यो दधुस्ततः । समेत्य धारयामासुर्नैव ताः समशक्नुवन्

Transliteration

taṃ garbhaṃ vidhinā diṣṭā daśa devyo dadhustataḥ | sametya dhārayāmāsurnaiva tāḥ samaśaknuvan

Translation

പിന്നീട് വിധിയുടെ നിർദേശപ്രകാരം പത്ത് ദേവിമാർ ആ ഗർഭം സ്വീകരിച്ചു. അവർ ഒന്നിച്ചുകൂടി അത് ധരിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ അതിനെ താങ്ങാൻ അവർക്കായില്ല.
