परिज्ञाय महादेवं गुरुवाक्यत आगमात् । हर्ष बाष्पाकुलः सन्न कठो रोमांचकंचुकः

parijñāya mahādevaṃ guruvākyata āgamāt | harṣa bāṣpākulaḥ sanna kaṭho romāṃcakaṃcukaḥ

ഗുരുവചനവും ആഗമപ്രമാണവും വഴി മഹാദേവനെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവൻ ഹർഷാശ്രുക്കളാൽ വിങ്ങി; രോമാഞ്ചം കൊണ്ട് ദേഹം കഠിനമായി, രോമാഞ്ചം തന്നെയൊരു കഞ്ചുകമായതുപോലെ തോന്നി।
