viśvānara uvāca | kimadeyaṃ hi suśroṇi tava priyahitaiṣiṇi | tatprārthaya mahābhāge prayacchāmyavilaṃbitam

വിശ്വാനരൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ഹേ സുശ്രോണി, പ്രിയവും ഹിതവും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവളേ! നിനക്കു നൽകാൻ കഴിയാത്തത് എന്തുണ്ട്? ഹേ മഹാഭാഗേ, അപേക്ഷിക്ക; ഞാൻ വൈകാതെ നൽകാം.
