tathāpi kathayāmyadya tacchṛṇudhvaṃ hitaṃ vacaḥ | brahmaśāpena ghoreṇa svena duṣkarmaṇā kṛtam

എങ്കിലും ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ ഹിതവചനം പറയുന്നു—കേൾക്കുവിൻ. ഈ ഭീകര ബ്രാഹ്മണശാപം എന്റെ സ്വന്തം ദുഷ്കർമ്മം കൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഉണ്ടായതാണ്।
