prājñatvādvyāsaśiṣya tvādajñātaṃ te na kiṃcana | brahmā kenāparādhena sahālaṃbusayā vasum

നിങ്ങൾ പ്രാജ്ഞനും വ്യാസശിഷ്യനും ആകയാൽ നിങ്ങള്ക്ക് ഒന്നും അജ്ഞാതമല്ല. ഏതു അപരാധം മൂലം ബ്രഹ്മാവ് അലമ്പുഷയോടുകൂടെ ആ വസുവിനെ ശപിച്ചു?
