Sūta (narration continues)
Tirtha: Saikataliṅga at Setukṣetra (Rāmeśvara tradition)
Type: kshetra
Listener: assembly of sages (frame)
Scene: Rāma performs pūjā to a sand-formed liṅga; Sītā stands nearby with sages observing; Hanūmān, arriving with a carried liṅga, pauses—his face tightening with anger and hurt.
Even sacred service can be tested by emotion; devotion must mature into acceptance of divine timing and purpose.
Rāmeśvaram/Setu, especially the tradition of the sand Liṅga associated with Rāma’s worship.
Pūjā of the Liṅga is referenced (worship of Śiva through the Liṅga), here specifically a sand-formed Liṅga.
