सप्तम्यां यो नरो भक्त्या श्राद्धं कुर्यान्महालयम् । सप्ततिं कल्पसाहस्रं प्रीणंति पितरोऽस्य वै

Transliteration

saptamyāṃ yo naro bhaktyā śrāddhaṃ kuryānmahālayam | saptatiṃ kalpasāhasraṃ prīṇaṃti pitaro'sya vai

സപ്തമി തിഥിയിൽ ഭക്തിയോടെ മഹാലയ ശ്രാദ്ധം ചെയ്യുന്നവന്റെ പിതൃഗണങ്ങൾ നിശ്ചയമായും എഴുപതിനായിരം കല്പങ്ങൾ വരെ തൃപ്തരാകുന്നു।
