യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു - ഹേ പരാശരപുത്രാ, പ്രഭോ! സദാചാരത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുതന്നാലും. ആചാരത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് ധർമ്മം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്, ആചാരത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഫലം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്, ആചാരത്തിൽ നിന്നാണ് ഐശ്വര്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്; അതിനാൽ ആ ആചാരത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് എനിക്ക് പറഞ്ഞുതന്നാലും.
