रक्तचंदनं प्रसाध्याथ प्रसिद्धं स्वकुलं तथा । कुंकुमारक्तपादैस्तैर्गंधपुष्पादिचर्चितैः
raktacaṃdanaṃ prasādhyātha prasiddhaṃ svakulaṃ tathā | kuṃkumāraktapādaistairgaṃdhapuṣpādicarcitaiḥ
പിന്നീട് രക്തചന്ദനം പുരട്ടി അലങ്കരിച്ച് അവർ തങ്ങളുടെ കുലത്തെയും പ്രസിദ്ധമാക്കി—കുങ്കുമം ചേർന്ന് ചുവന്ന ആ പാദചിഹ്നങ്ങളാൽ; അവ ഗന്ധം, പുഷ്പാദികളാൽ അർച്ചിതമായിരുന്നു।
