व्यास उवाच । कलौ प्राप्ते द्विजाः सर्वे स्थानभ्रष्टा यतस्ततः । पक्षमुत्कलं ग्रहीष्यंति तथा स्युः पक्षपातिनः
vyāsa uvāca | kalau prāpte dvijāḥ sarve sthānabhraṣṭā yatastataḥ | pakṣamutkalaṃ grahīṣyaṃti tathā syuḥ pakṣapātinaḥ
വ്യാസൻ പറഞ്ഞു—കലിയുഗം വന്നാൽ എല്ലാ ദ്വിജരും ഇവിടെയും അവിടെയും തങ്ങളുടെ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് തെറ്റിപ്പോകും. അവർ പക്ഷങ്ങൾ (കക്ഷികൾ) പിടിക്കും; അങ്ങനെ പക്ഷപാതികളാകും.
