विप्रानुकीर्तिता याश्च वृत्तिः सापि विभज्यते । प्रथमा लभ्यमाना च वृत्तिर्वै यावती पुनः
viprānukīrtitā yāśca vṛttiḥ sāpi vibhajyate | prathamā labhyamānā ca vṛttirvai yāvatī punaḥ
ബ്രാഹ്മണർ പ്രസ്താവിച്ച ‘വൃത്തി’ (ജീവിക)യും വിഭജിക്കപ്പെടണം. ആദ്യഭാഗം എന്നത് ലഭിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ—എത്രയുണ്ടോ അത്ര—ആ വൃത്തിയേയാണ്.
