rāmasya karamudrāṃ ca pūjayaṃtu dvijāḥ sadā | yeṣāṃ doṣāḥ sadācāre vyabhicārādayo yadi

ദ്വിജന്മാർ എപ്പോഴും ശ്രീരാമന്റെ കരമുദ്രയെ പൂജിക്കട്ടെ. എന്നാൽ അവരുടെ സദാചാരത്തിൽ വ്യഭിചാരാദി ദോഷങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ, യഥോചിത ശുദ്ധി-പ്രായശ്ചിത്തം കൂടാതെ അത് ധരിക്കാൻ യോഗ്യമല്ല.
