हयाश्च तादृशा जाता रामो विस्मय मागतः । गुरुं पप्रच्छ विनयाद्वशिष्ठं मुनिपुंगवम्
hayāśca tādṛśā jātā rāmo vismaya māgataḥ | guruṃ papraccha vinayādvaśiṣṭhaṃ munipuṃgavam
കുതിരകളും അതുപോലെ മന്ദവും ശിഥിലവും ആയി. വിസ്മയഭരിതനായ രാമൻ വിനയത്തോടെ തന്റെ ഗുരുവായ മുനിപുങ്ഗവൻ വസിഷ്ഠനെ ചോദിച്ചു.
