तर्पयेदक्षया तृप्तिः पितॄणां तस्य जायते । श्राद्धं चैव प्रकु र्वीत सक्तुभिः पयसा सह
tarpayedakṣayā tṛptiḥ pitṝṇāṃ tasya jāyate | śrāddhaṃ caiva praku rvīta saktubhiḥ payasā saha
അവൻ തർപ്പണം ചെയ്യട്ടെ; അപ്പോൾ അവന്റെ പിതൃകൾക്ക് അക്ഷയമായ തൃപ്തി ഉണ്ടാകും। കൂടാതെ സക്തു (വറുത്ത യവപ്പൊടി) പാലോടുകൂടെ ശ്രാദ്ധവും നടത്തണം।
