अथ दैत्यः समुत्तस्थौ भृशं बद्धोपि भूतले । दृष्ट्वोत्थितं ततो दैत्यं पातयंतं सुरोत्तमान्
atha daityaḥ samuttasthau bhṛśaṃ baddhopi bhūtale | dṛṣṭvotthitaṃ tato daityaṃ pātayaṃtaṃ surottamān
പിന്നീട് ആ ദൈത്യൻ ഭൂമിയിൽ കർശനമായി ബന്ധിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നിട്ടും ശക്തിയായി എഴുന്നേറ്റു. എഴുന്നേറ്റ് ദേവോത്തമന്മാരെ വീഴ്ത്തുന്നതായി അവനെ കണ്ടപ്പോൾ (എല്ലാവരും വിസ്മയിച്ചു).
