പിന്നീട് ഇന്ദ്രാദി കർക്കശദേവന്മാരുമായി അവനു ഭീകരയുദ്ധം ഉണ്ടായി; ആ സമരത്തിൽ ഒരുത്തനെതിരെ അനേകം ദേവന്മാർ ഒന്നിച്ചു പോരാടി।
