जन्मन्यस्मिन्प्रभो भूयात्स्थातव्यं हृदये मम । एवमस्तु शिवः प्राह तत्र तं दानवेश्वरम्
janmanyasminprabho bhūyātsthātavyaṃ hṛdaye mama | evamastu śivaḥ prāha tatra taṃ dānaveśvaram
പ്രഭോ! ഈ ജന്മത്തിൽ തന്നേ അങ്ങനെ സംഭവിക്കട്ടെ; അത് എന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരമായി നിലകൊള്ളട്ടെ. അപ്പോൾ ശിവൻ ആ ദാനവേശ്വരനോട്—“ഏവമസ്തു, അങ്ങനെ തന്നെയാകട്ടെ” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.
