। । व्यास उवाच । इन्द्रसरे नरः स्नात्वा दृष्ट्वा चेंद्रेश्वरं शिवम् । सप्तजन्मकृतात्पापान्मुच्यते नात्र संशयः
| | vyāsa uvāca | indrasare naraḥ snātvā dṛṣṭvā ceṃdreśvaraṃ śivam | saptajanmakṛtātpāpānmucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ
വ്യാസൻ പറഞ്ഞു— ഇന്ദ്രസരസ്സിൽ സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് ഇന്ദ്രേശ്വര ശിവനെ ദർശിച്ചാൽ മനുഷ്യൻ ഏഴ് ജന്മങ്ങളിൽ ചെയ്ത പാപങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് മോചിതനാകും; ഇതിൽ സംശയമില്ല.
