Skanda Purana — Brahma Khanda, Shloka 42
ब्रह्माणं क्षमयामासुर्विष्णुं प्रति सुरोत्तमाः । विष्णुश्च तद्वचः श्रुत्वा सत्यंसत्यं भविष्यति
brahmāṇaṃ kṣamayāmāsurviṣṇuṃ prati surottamāḥ | viṣṇuśca tadvacaḥ śrutvā satyaṃsatyaṃ bhaviṣyati
ശ്രേഷ്ഠ ദേവന്മാർ ബ്രഹ്മാവിനെ ശമിപ്പിക്കാൻ ശ്രമിച്ചു, വിഷ്ണുവിനോടു തിരിഞ്ഞു. വിഷ്ണു ആ വാക്കുകൾ കേട്ട് പറഞ്ഞു—“സത്യം, സത്യം; അത് തീർച്ചയായും സംഭവിക്കും.”
