ഇങ്ങനെ പലവിധമായി ആലോചിച്ച ശേഷം, പ്രജാപതിയുടെ മഹാഭാഗ്യവതിയായ പുത്രി—പിതാവിന്റെ ശരണം തേടുന്നതാണ് ശ്രേയസ് എന്നു നിശ്ചയിച്ച് പിതൃആശ്രയം പ്രാപിച്ചു.
